A hall of fame for pets

A hall of fame for the pets people love, one spot at a time.

The archive

Most halls of fame have a committee. This one has a map. Every pet who gets a spot is in: a number nobody else will ever have, and a page of their own. The number is the order they joined, starting at No. 0001. It is theirs, and so is the page. Pets living now and pets from years ago belong here equally. A standard spot and the page are free. Bigger spots are an optional paid upgrade. Shelters list as many pets as they have, always free.

Your pet’s page

The square is the start. The page is where the rest goes: more photos, the story, a nickname, favorite things, a birthday and the day they came home. You can share the page anywhere, and the link always opens on your pet’s square on the map.

Pets looking for a home

Rescues and shelters put pets that are waiting for a family on the map too. They appear without an archive number until they’re adopted. When someone adopts that pet, the square becomes theirs, the number is issued that day, and the page keeps the whole story: where they came from, and when they came home. Connect your shelter.

The promise

Pages stay up. Numbers don’t change. The archive is built to last, and it’s kept simple on purpose so that it can.

From the person behind it

Like a lot of animal lovers, I follow shelters and rescues online. Over the years, I’ve watched volunteers spend their weekends helping animals, foster families make room for one more, and people keep showing up for pets that everyone else seems to have overlooked.

Watching them made me want to contribute something of my own.

That’s where this started: a shared map where every pet could have a place and a story. Somewhere you could put your own pet, explore the pets around you, and come across one still waiting for a family. Maybe you’d share their page. Maybe you’d find your next best friend.

Every pet gets a standard spot for free. Bigger spots are optional paid upgrades that help keep the site running.

For shelters and adoption organizations, everything is free, with no limit on how many pets they can add. That will always be part of how this works.

I’m building this because I love the idea of seeing all these lives together in one place. The pets we love, the ones we remember, and the ones we haven’t met yet.

I’m glad you’re here.
