A Note From Her Foster
I have known Fawn since July through the Leading Paws Training Programand she has been staying at my home since the beginning of September. In that time, Fawn has been nothing but sweet, intelligent and a little spunky. I am constantly impressed by how willing she is to learn and how quickly she figures out new concepts. She is a very capable & willing companion. I have seen no signs of aggression or fear. She responds to consistent, reward-based training with clear guidace.
Fawn is strong on the leash and does get the zoomies, like all younger dogs. As she is still perfecting walking on a leash, she is too strong for children to walk. She really does want to make her person happy.
She is kind to children and loves to run and play. When a toddler approached her and wrapped his arms around her head, she say quietly. When she met an elderly person in a wheelchair, she was gentle and sat so he could pet her ears.
