MEET OPIE… AKA “SWANKY BUBBLES!”
Some cats have personality. Some cats have BIG personalities. And then there’s OPIE, who apparently got in line for personality about 47 times before they finally cut him off!
I’m not even sure I have the words to adequately describe this boy because he is quite literally a CARTOON CHARACTER COME TO LIFE!
Opie is goofy, quirky, ridiculously charming, incredibly chatty, and has a swagger that is simply UNMATCHED! He struts around with his tail curled up like he owns the building, the property, and probably the entire neighborhood.
He has 1000% confidence, absolutely ZERO self-doubt, and carries himself like a billionaire CEO who just closed the biggest deal of his life. If you’ve ever watched Billions, think Bobby Axelrod… only with whiskers and a much better wardrobe.
And the TALKING!! Oh, this boy has things to SAY! He’s got opinions, stories, commentary, and probably a few complaints about how his empire is being managed. And believe me, he’s not shy about sharing any of them!
But underneath all that swagger is an incredibly affectionate boy who LOVES, LOVES, LOVES PEOPLE!
Opie loves being held, adores attention, and wants to be right in the middle of whatever you’re doing. We think he’d be absolutely wonderful with children and would likely do great with a friendly, cat-savvy dog, although we haven’t tested that theory just yet!
Now, here’s the catch…
OPIE WANTS HIS OWN KINGDOM!
At this point, Opie doesn’t seem particularly interested in sharing his throne with other cats. And quite frankly, are we surprised?! This boy has main-character energy written all over him! We believe he’d be happiest as the only kitty in the household, where he can rule the roost, supervise his loyal subjects, and receive the royal treatment he is clearly convinced he deserves.
I cannot adequately explain how entertaining this cat is. He is one of those once-in-a-while personalities who just makes you laugh simply by EXISTING. Everything about him is larger than life, from his expressions to his conversations to that unmistakable little swagger!
Opie isn’t just a cat. He’s an entire experience.
Somewhere out there is a family who is going to absolutely ADORE this ridiculous, lovable, larger-than-life little character. A family who appreciates a cat with confidence, a sense of humor, a whole lot of opinions, and enough love to fill an entire kingdom.
