Meet Leo! Leo is a 5–6-month-old scruffy terrier mix weighing about 20 pounds. He should be a medium-sized dog when fully grown.
Leo can be shy and nervous at first, but once he trusts you, he is the sweetest boy! He loves being near his people and will happily hang out under your desk while you work. He learns routines quickly and is doing great with potty training!
Leo LOVES other dogs and especially adores his little girl foster friend. He would love a playful dog sibling in his forever home. He also enjoys playing with toys, carrying them around outside, and keeping watch out the window.
Leo would do best with a patient family who understands that he needs time to warm up. Older, respectful kids (14+) may be okay, as long as they understand his nervousness and give him space.
Once Leo trusts you, you’ll have a very sweet, loyal little companion. He’s ready to find a family who will help him feel safe and loved forever!
