Meet Winston Flynn!
Winston. but goes by the name Shorty, is a sweet 14-year-old Black & Tan Dachshund who loves exploring the yard, soaking up the sunshine, and then sleeping the day away.
His eyesight isn’t the best, but he responds well to clapping and whistling to help him navigate in and out for potty breaks. He’s pretty well potty trained as long as he knows where he’s supposed to go. He has a great appetite but doesn’t have many teeth, so soft food is a must.
Winston isn’t a huge fan of the crate and will definitely share his opinion when first put inside! Thankfully, he settles down after a few minutes and rests peacefully. He gets along with dogs of all sizes, with foster siblings ranging from 12 to 80 pounds, and he isn’t afraid of children.
