Dusty is a handsome 7-month-old Puggle with an adorable face, a curious nose, and a personality that blossoms a little more every day. Weighing under 20 pounds now and expected to mature around 25-30 pounds, he's the perfect medium-sized companion for a family looking for a loyal best friend with plenty of love to give.
Since coming into foster care, Dusty has been discovering all the wonderful things life has to offer. While he can be a little cautious when meeting new people, it doesn't take long for treats, kindness, and patience to win him over. Once he feels comfortable, his playful, affectionate personality begins to shine.
Dusty is a smart young dog who loves learning, especially when snacks are involved. His food motivation makes training enjoyable, and he already knows that his crate is a pretty great place to be. He settles nicely in his crate and continues to make excellent progress with his daily routine.
The Beagle side of Dusty definitely makes life entertaining. He loves exploring the outdoors, following interesting scents, and taking in everything around him. Whether he's investigating the yard, enjoying a walk, or simply watching the world go by, Dusty approaches life with curiosity and enthusiasm. He even has an adorable little Beagle bark that he likes to share whenever he thinks something important is happening.
Dusty gets along well with other dogs and enjoys having canine friends around. He would likely thrive in a home with another playful dog, but he could also do well as an only dog with a family committed to continuing his socialization, training, and confidence building.
Like any puppy, Dusty is still learning. He continues to make progress with house training and leash walking and will need consistency and guidance as he grows. Fortunately, he's eager to please and responds wonderfully to positive reinforcement.

Dusty is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, flea treated, and dewormed. His adoption fee is $475.
